I am excited to share that I have signed up to be a Shoe Guy for Episcopal Children’s Services Wine Women & Shoes event.   I have a goal to raise $100 to support the children that ECS serves.  My ultimate goal is to be the top fundraiser and be named the “King of Sole”!

I will need your help to reach my goal. Please donate on my personal fundraiser page and share my posts leading up the crowing of the “King of Sole” on May 13th!

How many pairs of shoes do you own?

Too many to count!

What are your favorite pair of shoes and why?

Probably my limited edition Nike Air Trainer 1 Super Bowl 50. I bought them at the Nike Store in Union Square in San Francisco when the Super Bowl was in the Bay Area in February 2016. At the time, I didn't have a lot of flashy sneakers, so they were the pair that really started it all. So comfortable and sooooo gold, I love them.

My most memorable pair/best memory in my shoes is:

I love wearing all my shoes. I am not a collector -- I really want to wear all of my pairs! So I usually remember what event I have worn them to.

For example, I danced in the gold Air Trainer 1s on the stage of Times Union Center for "Dancing with the Stars" fundraiser in 2017.

This year I just wore my new Air Jordan 7 Hair 2.0s to the Jax River Jams concert series downtown with the Quad City DJs playing. Because they play the theme from "Space Jam", of course!

And I rocked my Adidas Ultra Boost DNA "Chinese New Year" to our DTJax Gala on the Southbank in February, I absolutely love those embroidered tigers on the front, and so comfy!

Why are you supporting ECS?

It's a fantastic organization supporting children at the most important time of their lives.

Our Mission: To create opportunity so that the children we serve can achieve their full potential.

Episcopal Children’s Services helps underserved children in Northeast and Central Florida build a strong foundation for educational success. Working with children from birth to age 5 - the most critical years for cognitive development - ECS’s dedicated teacher and staff use curriculums based on the latest research and best practices to help families ensure their youngsters enter school ready to learn.

Thank you for supporting Episcopal Children's Services and helping your friend reach their goal of becoming the "King of Sole"!
